2Which countries can products be shipped to?
Our products can be shipped to mainland Portugal, Spain and most countries in Europe.
Archipelago of the Azores and Madeira - on request.
Orders over 6 bottles for Spain and Europe (except for Portugal) - on request.
3Do I have to register in order to buy?
At Paxá Wines online store it is possible to make a purchase as a guest, without the need to create a user account.
We recommend that you register so that you have access to facilities during your orders, through the information provided on your customer page: your data, order history and invoices.
4Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order number is 3 bottles of wine.
5Can I choose the products I want?
Yes, you can choose the products you want and make the combinations to your liking.
6Do the prices indicated in the store include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT in force in Portugal.
7What is the shipping cost for orders?
Shipping costs for orders are free to continental Portugal, with a minimum order of € 50.
For other locations, the cost of transport will be charged for shipping orders. The amount will vary depending on the total weight of the order and the destination of the shipment.

8What is the delivery time for an order?
In general, after dispatch an order takes a long time to be delivered:
- Continental Portugal: up to 72 hours
- Madeira and Azores Archipelago:
- Rest of Europe: minimum 2 weeks
Note: delivery periods are an estimate. There may be delays.
9What payment methods are accepted?
In the online store, payments by Paypal and bank transfer are accepted.
10How can I order from the online store?
1. Choose the products you want to order;
2. Add the items to your basket / shopping cart;
3. Bear in mind that to guarantee your order you have two options: register or purchase as a guest;
4. If you want to register, enter your personal data and shipping address and select "Login";
5. Select a payment method and make the payment;
6. You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order that includes the respective invoice.

Yes, you will receive your invoice via email.
12Can I change or cancel an order already submitted?
If you want to change any information or cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as possible via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can still make changes. If the order has already been shipped, we will find the most suitable solution for both parties.
