Your sharing-style lunch features a series of refined yet authentic Algarve tapas, including Melon Ajoblanco with Crispy Ham and Basil, Muxama (cured tuna) with Toasted Almonds, Filo Pastries filled with Wild Boar, Marinated Anchovies with Algarve Salad and Seaweed Caviar, Algarve-Style Carrots, Monchique Roast with Quinoa and Roasted Pepper, and a Charcuterie and Cheese Board with Grapes and Jam. Dessert is a true celebration of regional flavors: Algarve Almond Tart, Silves Orange Cake.

The experience includes 1 bottle of Paxá wine for every 2 guests, chosen by you, to enjoy at your own pace beneath the shade of the cork oak trees overlooking the vineyard.
