Winemaking:

Hand harvested very selective in 20kg boxes, was fermented at controlled temperature and subsequently aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

14% v/v

Storage:

Preserve at 16ºC

Serve:

Serve between 16-18ºC

Gastronomy:

Red meats, cheese and smoked sausages.
