Careful hand-picking in small boxes, fermented under temperature control and aged for 20 months in French new oak barrels.

Preserve at 16ºC

Serve:

Serve between 16-18ºC

Gastronomy:

This wine is good companion with well flavoured, but not spicy dishes of lamb or game. Cheese and cured meat.

Tasting Notes:

Black plum color, rich aroma of black woodland fruit, spices and dark chocolate perfectly integrated with the aromas of toasted barrels. Rich in ripe tannins with long and fruity finish.
