This wine is good companion with well flavoured, but not spicy dishes of lamb or game.
Tasting Notes:
Intense violet red colour. Black fruit and spice aroma framed by toasty oak notes. Pronounced ripe tannin ending in a long fruit dominated finish.
Notes:
In order to preserve all the characteristics of the wine , it was not filtrated which is liable to create deposit in the bottle.
It is advised to decant before serving.
