Careful hand-picking in small boxes, fermented under temperature control and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Preserve at 16ºc

Serve:

Serve between 16-18ºC

Gastronomy:

This wine is good a companion to red meat dishes, cheese and smoked sausages.

Colour:
Intense violet red colour.

Aroma:

Intense aroma of black fruit and spices, framed by toasty oak notes.

Taste:

Pronounced tannins with a long fruity finish.

Notes:

In order to preserve all the characteristics of the wine, it was not filtrated which is liable to create deposit in the bottle.

It is advised to decant before serving.
