Careful hand-picking in small boxes, fermented under temperature control and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Preserve at 16ºC

Serve:

Serve between 16-18ºC

Gastronomy:

This wine is good companion with well flavoured, but not spicy dishes of lamb or game.

Deep red.

Aroma:

Presents aromas of ripe fruit, blackberries and spices.

Taste:

In mouth, emerges well-harmonized in terms of volume and elegance. Ends with a retronasal aroma of great exuberance and persistence.

Notes:

In order to preserve all the characteristics of the wine , it was not filtrated which is liable to create deposit in the bottle.

It is advised to decant before serving.
