This wine intends to show the more traditional side of the Algarve producing an "old fashioned red wine" of grapes from a small vineyard over 60 years old, from the grape variety that most represents us, Negra Mole.

Winemaking:

Careful hand-picking in small boxes, fermented under temperature control and aged 7 months in French oak barrels.

Alcohol:

12,5 % v/v

Storage:

Conservar a 16°C

Serve:

between 14 – 15°C

Gastronomy:

This wine is a good companion to tuna steak, grilled sardines or small squid.

Soft ruby

Aroma:

Floral notes resembling pink, cherry and light vegetable.

Taste:

Soft, light and slightly salty with notes of cherry. With a long, enveloping and slightly caramelized finish.
